The infamous criminal syndicate, led by Masato Kagawa, was once home to Noboru Sato—the most decorated Screamer on the planet. Noboru was an unstoppable force, until one bad turn brought his career to a screeching halt. He’s been out of the game for years, but his brother, Keiji Sato, somehow convinced him to get back behind the wheel. Racing alongside the Sato brothers is confident up-and-comer Akemi Nomura.
