Planning and Operations
The Planning & Operations Department is responsible for all organisational and quality-related aspects of the products, from Project Management, which plans, organises and monitors the progress of the projects under development, to QA, which ensures that every game meets the appropriate quality criteria. Reference is responsible for gathering the materials needed to recreate accurately all the elements within the game. Finally, the Release Management team handles the relationships with first parties for the release of games and their expansions.

Publishing
The Publishing Department includes Milestone’s Marketing, Communication and Sales teams. From the launch of the product to the production of editorial and creative content in traditional and digital media, Product Managers, PR and Social Media Specialists, Creatives and Sales work closely to get the creations of our Development team to the players, transmitting our passion to them.
